More than £80,000 worth of stolen machinery has been found at an Essex industrial estate. The stolen tools included seven disc-cutters, a wacker plate, three breakers and a Leica rotating laserr scanner within a single unit.

Acting on intelligence received, officers from the Essex Police Rural Engagement Team visited the estate in Nazeing this morning (March 5) and located more than £80,000 worth of the tools. Police believe the tools were stolen from businesses out of the county last year.

Essex Police said their investigation remains ongoing and anyone with information should call 101.
