Barbaric attacks see sheep decapitated in Newent
Police said the sheep carcasses had been removed and the heads left in the field in Malswick. It is believed that the incident happened overnight between Friday (May 19) and 5pm on Saturday (May 20).

Bullet found embedded in a car on Cinderford street raises fears boar poachers are coming into towns
A person who says they are a relative of the victim claimed police told the family it was possibly a stray bullet from poachers. It’s well-known that poachers come from a wide area to hunt boar and deer in the Forest with high-velocity rifles.
