A burglar stole a cash reader and a USB device after targeting a Berkshire church. The incident took place at South Ascot All Souls Church in Church Road, South Ascot.

The offender tampered with CCTV at the church during the burglary, which took place between 12.55pm and 3.15pm on Monday, August 15. Thames Valley Police has now released an image of a man they believe may have 'vital information' about the incident.

Investigating officer, PC Colin Boyes, based in the Rural Crime Taskforce, said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who recognises the man in this image to please get in touch, as he may have vital information about the burglary.
