A Kent burglar who stole more than £65,000 worth of agricultural equipment before selling it on has been jailed after targeted farm businesses.

Kent Police said Jamie Broadmore appeared before Canterbury Crown Court on July 31 after he admitted five burglaries, two counts of thefts and two counts of fraud on farms in Kent.

Between July 2022 and March 2023, Broadmore stole plant equipment from farms in Allhallows, Shorne, Sandling, Gravesend, Southfleet and West Malling using a recovery truck.
