Dog reunited with owner after it was stolen in Malvern

The owner of a French Bulldog has been reunited with her beloved pet after it was stolen yesterday (Thursday 3 March).

Luna was taken at about 12.20pm on Elgar Avenue in Malvern when two men approached the owner during a walk. The men stopped the woman by engaging her in conversation to distract her, before snatching the dog and leaving the scene.

Following extensive searches officers were able to locate Luna this afternoon (Friday 4 March) in a hedge at Strensham Services in Worcester and later reunite her with her owner.
