Dyfed-Powys Police’s rural crime team has reported three incidences of sheep worrying by dogs in the past three days, with two occurring today (Friday, March 3).

The force shared the news of all of the attacks on its Twitter page, describing one as a “horrendous attack”.

The first incident occurred at Knowles Farm, New Radnor, with the team reporting that a vet suspects a large dog or dogs to be the culprit.

Three ewes in-lamb were killed, the force said, as it appealed to dog owners to ensure their dogs are kept on a lead and to avoid fields containing livestock.
