Dyfed Powys Police warn illegal off roaders of vehicle seizure

The police's rural crime team made the statement after recent cases off unauthorised offroading in the south of the county.

In a statement a Dyfed-Powys Police Spokesperson said: "Vehicles have been reported damaging ancient protected scheduled sites and SSSI sites."

They also confirmed that "legislation will be used to seize vehicles" for those who took part in any illegal activity.

Dyfed-Powys police also confirmed the Powys Rural Crime Team and Brecon Neighbourhood Policing Team would be conducting joint patrols to tackle the issue of Anti Social Behaviour caused by illegal off roading vehicles.
