East Yorkshire farmers in vintage tractor charity ride

An East Yorkshire farmer and his two sons are embarking on a 900-mile (1,450 km) ride on two vintage tractors to raise money for three charities.

Brian Morley from Driffield aims to make the journey from John O' Groats to Lands End in five days.

He will be joined by sons Callum and Tom riding on a pair of restored 60 year old Dexta tractors.

Mr Morley said he was "looking forward to the challenge" and had spent time preparing the vintage vehicles.

The trio hope to raise £10,000 for the MND Association, British Heart Foundation and the Stroke Association.

They will set off from Scotland on 6 April.
