Farm shed fire in Tintagel Cornwall thought to be arson

A farm shed in Tintagel storing a trailer and straw is believed to have been deliberately set on fire.

Last Wednesday evening (April 19), just past 6pm, the fire service was called with reports of a fire in an agricultural building in Tintagel.

Fire engines and crews from Wadebridge, Bodmin and Delabole were sent.

Since there are limited water supplies in the area, the water carrier from Wadebridge was also mobilised.

When the crews arrived, they found a trailer and straw bales on fire inside a 10 x 10 metre farm shed.
