How to keep a trailer safe from theft as they are targetted

There has been a spate of trailer theft across Gloucestershire this past week.

At least seven thefts were reported between Monday (August 8) and Wednesday (August 10) in the Shuthonger and Forthampton areas of Tewkesbury as well as Sandhurst, Southam and Corse.

The trailers were stolen overnight or during the early hours of the morning and a number of goods such as power tools or work equipment were also taken.

The targeted trailers were either drop sided, double axel or Ifor Williams tipping trailers.
