An angry mum has hit out at irresponsible dog owners after a group of out-of-control English Bull Terriers attacked her daughter's horse in a Milngavie Country Park.
Elisa Lanzai had been out riding her horse Smithy when the two were targeted by the pack of dogs at Mugdock Country Park in East Dunbartonshire on Sunday, October 1. The 16-year-old was going along a popular riding route when the three animals "appeared from nowhere" and bit her horse's nose and legs.
