Pair arrested for allegedly disturbing golden eagle's nest in Strathspey

Two men have been arrested following a report of an eagle’s nest being disturbed in the Strathspey area.

Police Scotland said that their officers received information of activity on March 23 that could be detrimental to the breeding eagles

A force spokesperson said: "Enquiries were carried out and a 28-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
