Police patrol after shed break ins in Wedgwood Drive, Poole

POLICE have been patrolling an area of Poole following a number of shed break ins.

An officer from the Poole Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) went on patrol around Wedgwood Drive on Friday evening in response several reported incidents.

In a Facebook post, Poole Police said sheds are often targeted by thieves as an "easy option", and asked members of the public to “remain vigilant”.

They wrote: “PCSO Vicky from the Poole Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) has been on high visibility mobile patrols in Whitecliff this evening.
