Police recover stolen vehicle and a horse box in Dorset

POLICE have recovered a vehicle and a horse box that are believed to be stolen.

Dorset Police rural crime team were able to recover a 4x4 and horse box over the weekend following a call from a member of the public reporting 'suspicious circumstances'.

Officers have been able to make contact with the owner of the 4x4 but are carrying out enquiries to locate the owner of the horse box.

In a Facebook post, Dorset Police Rural Crime Team issued an image of the horse box discovered in East Dorset and appealed for information.
