Police are searching for crooks who broken into a number of Cotswolds properties in recent days and stolen items including quad bikes and farm equipment. Gloucestershire Police has heightened patrols in the area and is urging people to remain vigilant and report suspicious behaviour following a spate of break-ins and thefts.

There were a number of reports yesterday (April 25) of offenders breaking into outbuildings before stealing items including quad bikes, gardening and agricultural tools and machinery yesterday. In Lechlade and Stow-on-the-Wold, quad bikes were stolen from farms.
