Raiders ransack rural Wombourne farm of £10k diesel and tools

Raiders ransacked a rural Wombourne home for £10,000 worth of tools and diesel. The culprits struck at an address on Wodehouse Lane in the Staffordshire village.
They broke into an outbuilding of the property before stealing the items. A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "Officers are appealing for information after approximately £10,000 worth of equipment, tools and diesel were stolen from a rural property in south Staffordshire.
"Between 12am and 7.15am on Friday, June 10, unknown offenders have forced entry into an outbuilding of an address on Wodehouse Lane in Wombourne. Various tools were stolen from inside, including a Dromone hitch and Euro hitch, worth a collective £1,750.
