A RAM and a sheep have been killed after 'vicious attacks' by what are believed to be large dogs.
The "valuable" Texel ram was found with its throat and abdomen bitten and ripped and its ear torn off on the morning of June 12. The ear was not found at the scene.
Then on the afternoon of June 28, a ewe was also attacked and killed.
The frightened animal had been chased and herded the wrong side of an electric fence.
Again, the sheep had been bitten by a large dog.
