Suspicious Activity – Aydon Road, Corbridge
On Tuesday 22nd March at approx. 1800hrs, report of two suspicious males on minor road just off Aydon Road, where one male seen next to sheep weighing crate. Males left when challenged. Males were using a White Volkswagen Caddy Van

Suspected Poachers - Matfen
Report on Tuesday 22nd March at 1240hrs of two males with lurcher dogs close to Mootlaw Quarry - Officers attended but unable to locate the vehicle. Males were using a White Vauxhall Vivaro (57 Plate). Further enquiries by the Rural Crime Team.

Attempt Theft - Bardon Mil (B6318 Military Road)
Attempt theft of a generator, possibly occurred between 0300hrs and 0430hrs on Mon 21st March

Fuel Thefts - Awareness
Due to the increase in fuel prices, Police Forces have seen an increase in theft of fuel offences - both from domestic and commercial premises.
Can you please be aware of any suspicious activity and report it to the Police - the larger scale thefts have seen offenders using HGV Tankers and connecting pipes to the diesel supply and stealing high quantities of fuel.
