A Dorset huntsman has been found guilty of fox hunting after two foxes were killed by hounds.

Mark Pearson, aged 62 and of Child Okeford near Blandford, was found guilty of hunting a wild mammal with dog, an offence under the Hunting Act 2004, yesterday (October 18) following a trial at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court.

He was fined £6,000 as well as being ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £190 and costs of £620.
