Stolen quad bike found by ranger on Woodbury Common

A stolen quad bike has been reunited with its owner after being found on Woodbury Common.

A ranger from Clinton Devon Estates found the bike on the common and reported it to police.

It turned out that the vehicle had been reported as stolen from Bicton College on the same day, and it was returned to the college.

Exmouth Neighbourhood Policing Team said they are in regular contact with Clinton Devon Estates, and this was an example of partnership working with a good outcome for all.
