Police are investigating alleged Hunting Act offences in the Swindon area. Officers have released pictures of two men they want to trace.

A spokesperson for Swindon Police said: "We are appealing for help to identify the two men pictured in connection with alleged Hunting Act offences which are thought to have taken place in the Purton area on January 5." Police have only just issued their appeal for the public's help.

Officers have not released any more details about the alleged offences. The Hunting Act 2004 bans the hunting of wild mammals - including foxes, deer and hares - with dogs in England and Wales.
