A teenage girl stabbed in a Suffolk village was left lying injured for hours before she was finally found by a dog walker.
The girl is believed to have been attacked at around 2am on Sunday morning (2 October) in Benhall near Saxmundham, Suffolk, but wasn't found until 7am by a dog walker who contacted emergency services.
The girl was treated for stab wounds and a back injury and taken to Ipswich hospital where she remains in a stable condition, Suffolk Police said.
