Thefts at camping and caravan site

Overnight between April 30 and May 1, we received several reports of thefts that had happened at a camping and caravan site at Ullswater.

A boat motor, two mountain bikes and paddle boards had all been taken off the back of vehicles through the night.

One of the paddle boards was found the next day dumped in a field close by and returned to its owners.
