THREE men are due to appear in court accused of illegal fox hunting.
Mark Anthony Pearson, 63, Thomas Michael Lyle, 33, and Marcus Boundy, 21, and all from Blandford, have been issued with a postal requisition to appear before Weymouth Magistrates’ Court in June for an offence of hunting a wild mammal with dogs.
It follows an investigation by Dorset Police’s Rural Crime Team into an alleged incident involving the Portman Hunt on Thursday, September 15 of last year.
