Tingley shooting trial: Farmer accused of attempted murder tells court he only intended to 'scare' men who suffered shotgun injuries

A farmer accused of attempted murder after two men suffered shotgun wounds at a caravan park in Leeds told a court he had no intention to kill them.

Richard Bathie told jurors that he had gone to confront the men with his son and cousin in order to "scare them".
