A Bishop Auckland male aged 18 has been issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice in relation to a fly-tipping offence in the West Cornforth area, according to the local authority.
The offence was captured on CCTV, and an investigation was carried out by a member of the wardens fly-tipping investigation team.
