Two charged in connection with attempted garage burglary - Borehamwood

Two men have been charged in connection with an attempted garage burglary in Borehamwood.

George Cardy, aged 21, and Jaye Cardy, aged 29, both of Garden Cottages, Frogmore have been charged with attempted burglary.

They have been released on bail and are next due to appear at court on 25 March.

At around 11am on Monday 28 February, police were called to reports of two men attempting to break into a garage in Stanborough Avenue.

Officers immediately attended and a search of the area was conducted. Officers from the proactive Operation Scorpion Team stopped a vehicle in the area and the two occupants were arrested.
