Van allegedly involved in flytipping seized by police

A VAN suspected to have been involved in fly-tipping in Dorset has been seized by police.

The vehicle, which was seized in Poole, is currently under investigation and is suspected to have been involved in environmental crimes within Dorset.

A spokesperson from Dorset Council Waste Services said: “At 12.02pm on Wednesday June 29, Dorset Council's Waste Enforcement Team - assisted by Dorset Police Rural Crime Team and the BCP Council Highways team - seized a VW Crafter (including personal effects and waste, including asbestos), registration CY59 MWD, from Lake Road in Poole.
