Police used a drone’s heat-detecting camera to catch a group of suspected poachers late on the evening of Friday 3rd November.

Thames Valley Police Rural Crime Taskforce shared a video of night poaching patrols carried out around The Ridgeway near Compton, south of Didcot.

In footage, figures are seen in fields and heading down country lanes.

Officers then assisted a search for a suspicious male on a farmyard near Culham.

A man was also arrested for driving while intoxicated.
