Firefighters from Dorchester, Wareham, Poole, and Bere Regis were mobilised to the incident shortly after 2pm yesterday (August 29).

RURAL crime teams carried out searches at an historic 12th century Dorset church following reports of nighthawking.

Police are asking the public to help them trace a van that was involved in a number of thefts in a Derbyshire village.
