Girl injured and horse put down after driver crashed into them in Flintshire
He was found guilty over the incident, which took place on St Asaph Road in Lloc – a 30mph area - at around 8am on February 24. The 13-year-old rider, who was wearing a high visibility jacket while out with her pony, sustained minor injuries in the collision.
